Responsibilities and Duties

* Organize and manage meeting schedules effectively. * Conduct and document employee performance evaluations. * Cultivate strong and positive relationships with customers. * Participate in the hiring and termination processes for team members. * Mediate and resolve workplace issues and conflicts. * Address and resolve concerns raised by both employees and customers. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and the achievement of team goals. * Manage phone communications professionally and efficiently. * Act as a key point of contact and communication between managers, customers, and employees. * Provide clear guidance and direction to team members. * Identify and resolve technical issues related to the point-of-sale system. * Support the ongoing learning and professional growth of team members. * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a role that involves scheduling, coordination, and administrative support. * Demonstrated ability to conduct fair and constructive performance reviews. * Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Experience participating in recruitment processes and understanding of employment-related procedures. * Excellent conflict resolution skills with the ability to mediate and resolve workplace issues effectively. * Strong problem-solving skills to address employee and customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. * Ability to contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for improving efficiency and achieving goals. * Professional and effective phone communication skills. * Strong liaison and communication skills to bridge interactions between various stakeholders (managers, customers, employees). * Demonstrated ability to provide clear direction and guidance to team members. * Technical aptitude to troubleshoot basic point-of-sale (POS) system issues. * A commitment to supporting the learning and development of team members. * A strong belief in and ability to foster a respectful and inclusive team environment. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
