Responsibilities and Duties

- Work as a member of the Kith team to perform duties including order taking, serving, clearing of finished plates/dishes/cups/glasses, general cleaning and handle cashiering duties - Up-sell menu items and daily specials - Proactively offer information and alternatives to help customers and take the initiative to ensure that all menu offerings are in stock, check on customers’ order and provide recommendations for food/beverage menu - Responsible for keeping café area/side station clean, neat, well stocked and organised - Familiar with performing opening/closing shift duties without supervision - Familiar with POS system and ensuring orders are entered accurately - Maintain positive customer service - Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required - Report to the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager
