Description
This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operational flow. The Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing service schedules, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. * Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers in a timely and efficient manner. * Arrange installation schedules, ensuring smooth and timely execution. * Track contract renewals and ensure timely renewal notices are sent to customers. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and other relevant data. * Assist with ordering and maintaining adequate stock levels to support service operations. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as data entry and general office support.
Qualifications and Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field. * Experience in the [**Insert relevant industry, e.g., service, logistics, etc.**] industry is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. * A strong customer-centric approach with a focus on providing excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations. * Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other relevant software applications. * Accuracy and speed in data entry. * Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. **Other:** * **Professionalism & Teamwork:** A professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * **Flexibility:** Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
