Responsibilities and Duties

* Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them clearly to the team. * Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating efficient schedules. * Supervise, guide, and coach team members to achieve their objectives. * Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and propose practical solutions. * Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. * Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members. * Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach. * Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement solutions. * Ability to work extended hours and spend prolonged periods standing. * Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
