Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet and serve customers politely and professionally - Take and process customer orders accurately - Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages - Assist in preparing light snacks and food items - Handle cashier duties and process payments - Maintain cleanliness of the shop, dining area, and equipment - Restock supplies and assist with inventory management - Support opening and closing duties of the shop - Follow all food hygiene and safety standards
