Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare vegetables through washing and precise cutting techniques. * Handle meat by cutting it according to specifications and applying marinades. * Execute various cooking methods including stir-frying, deep-frying, and steaming to prepare menu items. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working order through regular maintenance. * Uphold strict standards of kitchen hygiene and overall cleanliness. * Provide guidance and support to fellow kitchen staff members. * Conduct daily inventory checks and manage the ordering of necessary supplies. * Verify the accuracy of invoices and inspect goods upon delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in food preparation, including vegetable and meat handling. * Demonstrated ability to perform various cooking techniques such as stir-frying, deep-frying, and steaming. * Basic understanding of kitchen equipment maintenance. * A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. * Experience in coordinating with kitchen team members. * Familiarity with inventory management and ordering procedures. * Ability to check delivery invoices against received goods.
