This position involves meticulous ingredient preparation, supporting our chefs across various kitchen sections, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare all ingredients and essential mise en place, assisting chefs in various kitchen areas as directed. * Maintain impeccable sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout all kitchen spaces. * Manage food handling and storage to minimize spoilage and waste. * Assist with inventory control and supply management. * Actively pursue opportunities to expand culinary knowledge under the guidance of the supervisor. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is in proper working order, and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor. * Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

* One to three years of experience working within a professional kitchen setting, ideally within a hospitality environment. * Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced atmosphere. * A responsible and diligent work ethic. * An approachable and collaborative personality, conducive to teamwork. * A strong desire to learn and be receptive to coaching. * Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, ethical conduct, grooming, and positive attitude. * Certification in food safety and hygiene.
