As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and organize workstations with all required ingredients and supplies. * Execute food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and making sauces, with precision and care. * Cook menu items collaboratively with other kitchen team members, following established recipes and techniques. * Receive, understand, and follow instructions from senior chefs, including executive and sous chefs. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, properly storing any leftover food. * Manage and replenish inventory as needed. * Ensure all dishes are prepared and served simultaneously, maintaining high quality and timely delivery. * Adhere strictly to all nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols. * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous. * A foundational understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to a successful culinary team.
