Responsibilities and Duties

*Food Preparation Support: Assist with fundamental food preparation tasks, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and marinating ingredients. *Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas. *Dishwashing & Sanitization: Wash dishes thoroughly and sanitize kitchen surfaces according to strict hygiene standards. *Supply Management: Help with receiving and properly storing kitchen supplies and ingredients. *Waste & Recycling: Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste and manage recycling practices effectively. *Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently. **Team Support: Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Chef.
