Responsibilities and Duties

- Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized skincare and beauty consultations - Demonstrate and recommend products tailored to individual needs - Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, ingredients, and latest beauty trends - Deliver exceptional service while meeting sales and store performance targets - Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately - Ensure the store environment is well-presented, inspiring, and compliant with hygiene standards - Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and housekeeping - Support the team in daily store operations
