Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits. Key responsibilities include negotiating prices within company guidelines, forecasting to ensure stock availability, and providing exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to meet customer logistics and operational needs. Additionally, the Sales Executive will provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities and Duties
Actively pursue new corporate clients through cold calling and in-person sales visits. Negotiate pricing with customers in alignment with the company's established guidelines. Conduct forecasting to ensure stock availability and meet customer demand. Maintain close communication with customers, providing excellent service and addressing their requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and operations for customer satisfaction. Provide regular weekly and monthly sales activity reports to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications and Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the F&B or FMCG industry, with a proven record of exceptional sales performance. Demonstrated ability to initiate and develop effective sales strategies for key accounts. Strong ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Open to Singaporean candidates only.
