Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities (Head Chef): * Lead and manage the food stall's culinary operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Develop and refine menu items, drawing inspiration from diverse cuisines. * Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistently high quality and presentation. * Manage inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency. * Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities (Cook): Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station. Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to work a six-day work week, with shifts ending no later than 6-7 PM. * Experience in Chinese, Western, or Malay cuisine is highly beneficial. * Prior experience in a high-volume food stall or central kitchen setting is a plus. * A strong work ethic and a desire to earn a competitive salary. * For Head Chef position: Proven experience in a leadership culinary role. * For both positions: ability to work well in a team environment. * A positive attitude and a passion for food.
