Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of both the front and back of the restaurant. * Ensure the delivery of outstanding service and strive to maximize customer satisfaction. * Address customer feedback and complaints efficiently and with accuracy. * Regularly assess product quality and explore opportunities with new suppliers. * Organize and supervise staff shifts effectively. * Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity. * Forecast future needs for supplies, kitchen tools, and cleaning materials. * Ensure strict adherence to all sanitation and safety regulations. * Uphold and enhance the restaurant's positive reputation, suggesting improvements as needed. * Manage operational costs effectively and identify strategies to minimize waste. * Generate comprehensive reports on weekly, monthly, and annual financial performance. * Promote the restaurant within the local community through positive interactions and events. * Recommend strategies to broaden our customer base, such as promotions and social media engagement. * Train both new and existing employees on best practices in customer service. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the long-term efficient operation of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Significant and verifiable experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry. * Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a management capacity. * Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including the ability to recall ingredients and dish details to inform customers and staff. * Familiarity with restaurant management software and technology. * Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team. * Well-developed financial management skills. * A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or Culinary Arts is considered a valuable asset.
