Responsibilities and Duties

You'll be in charge of: * Leading service operations * Building and maintaining relationships with guests * Order taking and menu description * Up-selling products based on your extensive product knowledge * Assuring outlet setup is complete and walkthrough is done before shift * Maintaining guest satisfaction levels by being proactive in service/bar operations * Improving procedures and systems * Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to

Working hours

* 5days 48hrs (Fixed off : Mon, Tue) Thursday, Saturday : 10am ~ 11pm (2 hours break) Sunday, Wednesday, Friday：3pm~11pm
