*Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing supervision of all team members. *Champion outstanding customer service, promptly addressing guest feedback and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction. *Manage the day-to-day flow of the restaurant, optimizing efficiency in all areas. *Administer inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, and monitoring food, beverage, and supply levels. *Handle financial aspects, such as budget planning, cost containment, and strategies to enhance profitability. *Uphold rigorous adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations. *Support promotional activities and maintain the establishment's positive public image. *Generate comprehensive reports on sales, labor, and inventory performance for leadership review.

Qualifications and Requirements
