SALES MANAGER

Description

This role is responsible for achieving company sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a sales team, and cultivating strong client relationships. The focus is on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the enterprise software market, particularly within the Edutech and Office Automation (OA) sectors.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Achieve the sales targets established by the company. * Develop offline sales strategies, create a comprehensive sales plan, and lead the team in executing that plan to achieve desired sales results. * Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities by targeting potential customers in the enterprise software market, with a focus on those requiring Edutech and OA system solutions. * Stay abreast of software industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions. * Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients to understand their changing needs, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Preferred qualifications include five or more years of experience in B2B software sales, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Prior sales experience within the Edutech and OA office software industry is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Must maintain a high standard of professional and technical knowledge. * Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and staff at the China branch.
