Junior / Senior Retail Sales Associate

Description

We are seeking a Junior / Senior Retail Sales Associate to perform key retail duties, including welcoming and assisting customers, assessing their needs, and providing product recommendations. You will ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed attractively, build relationships with customers, and create a loyal customer base. Responsibilities and Duties

Carry out retail duties at the assigned outlet. Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance. Evaluate customer needs and preferences, address inquiries or concerns, and offer product recommendations. Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing on shelves. Foster customer relationships and develop a loyal customer base. Handle cashiering duties accurately. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates with 5+ years of experience in the IT gadgets and accessories industry will have an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships. Relevant experience in retail, sales, or as a promoter is a plus. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
