RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, both front-of-house and back-of-house. * Maintain and enhance the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality standards. * Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maximizing productivity and service quality. * Manage the dining room, including customer interactions and seating arrangements. * Recruit, train, and schedule qualified kitchen and service staff. * Supervise food preparation and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Foster a positive and motivating work environment for all staff members. * Proactively address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly. * Uphold high standards for menu quality and presentation.

Qualifications and Requirements
