Reservation Officer *WFH Arrangement*

As a Reservation and Travel Host, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth travel experience for guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding accommodation via email, live chat, and phone calls. * Process reservations efficiently and accurately using various software systems, including entering new reservations, modifications, and cancellations. * Maintain organized filing systems for guest correspondence and reservation documentation. * Stay current on room rates, special offers, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests. * Resolve booking and reservation issues effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. * Process guest payments and send confirmation details in a timely manner. * Follow up with guests to collect necessary information for visa applications or passport updates. * Meet and greet guests warmly upon arrival at the ferry terminal. * Assist guests with the advance collection of boarding passes and luggage check-in. * Facilitate a smooth customs and immigration clearance process for guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. * Positive work attitude with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. * Passion for providing exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. * Effective communication skills to interact clearly with team members in a remote work environment. * Experience in front office operations or reservations is a valuable asset. * Willingness to work weekends and during festive or holiday seasons. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. * Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software programs.
