Responsibilities and Duties

* Clean guest rooms and restock room amenities in accordance with operational standards. * Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, regardless of how busy it may be or the time of day. * Maintain positive guest relations at all times. * Carry out thorough cleaning duties and take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of your work area. * Report any defects in rooms, damage, and any lost and found items left in checked-out rooms.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Strong attention to detail. * Experience and knowledge of hotel or serviced apartments is a plus. * Adhere to attendance guidelines and comply with departmental and company policies. * A team player who takes the initiative to assist other team members as needed. * Well-groomed and maintains a professional demeanor. * Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. * On-the-job training will be provided for candidates without relevant experience.
