We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor / Head Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding service standards, supervising daily operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities and Duties

*Ensure the restaurant is clean, neat, and visually appealing at all times *Inspect table settings including centerpieces, linens, silverware, and glassware for cleanliness and correct placement *Supervise and support hosts, captains, and waitstaff to ensure they are well-trained, informed, and knowledgeable about menu items and daily specials *Lead service during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards *Distribute menus, answer guest questions, and make food and beverage recommendations *Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail *Assist in cleaning and resetting tables, and maintain general restaurant tidiness *Ensure team follows all company policies and hygiene regulations *Support financial goals by contributing to cost control and upselling strategies *Take direction from management and perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting *Strong leadership and team management skills *Excellent communication and customer service abilities *Proven problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure *Attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and table setup *Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays *Relevant qualification or training in hospitality is an advantage
