Description

We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to oversee the daily workflow and ensure smooth operational efficiency. This role demands a responsible person who can manage resources, coordinate staffing, and act as a key liaison between our team and client management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and keep track of daily operational activities to maximize efficiency and maintain consistent productivity. * Handle the daily operational budget and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness. * Organize the daily staff schedule and assign tasks effectively. * Act as a representative of management, assisting supervisors in communicating with client management and resolving daily work-related issues. * Generate daily operational performance reports, including risk assessments when necessary. * Be available to work night shifts and split shifts as required. * Commit to working extended hours or weekends when needed.
