Restaurant Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties

* Welcome and seat customers with a friendly and positive demeanor. * Address and fulfill customer needs and requests promptly and pleasantly. * Take customer orders, serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently. * Provide consistently good customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience. * Promote menu items and make recommendations to customers. * Perform daily opening and closing duties as required. * Handle cashiering duties accurately and efficiently. * Confidently manage assigned customer tables, ensuring their needs are met. * Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* GCE O Level or equivalent educational qualification. * Zero to two years of related experience in the food and beverage industry. * A positive and customer-focused attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
