Responsibilities and Duties

・Customer service oriented attitude ・Ushering customers to allocated KTV rooms and ensure system is ready ・Taking beverages & food orders ・Key in orders into point-of-sales system and fulfilling the orders ・All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior ・Cleaning duties during off peaks hours to maintain a safe and clean work environment ・Attend to all walk-ins & register check-in customers ・Comfortable using google sheets or microsoft excels spreadsheets ・Allocate suitable rooms to walk-in customers according to group size, room size and other requirements ・Manage transactions from customers using point-of-sales system

Qualifications and Requirements

・Positive & hardworking attitude. ・Be a team player. ・Passionate in interacting with people. ・Proactive & good communication skills. ・Able to commit on weekends and PH (6 days work week)

・6 Days Work Week, 54hrs
