Description

We’re looking for enthusiastic and service-minded individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a Service Crew Member or Captain, you will be an essential part of our daily operations—from welcoming guests and taking orders to ensuring a clean, well-managed dining area. Responsibilities and Duties

*Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements *Take and process food and beverage orders accurately *Manage cashier duties, including handling payments and issuing receipts *Serve meals and drinks professionally and promptly *Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (training provided) *Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas throughout your shift *Upsell menu specials and provide recommendations based on customer preferences *Address guest feedback politely and inform supervisors of any issues that arise *Collaborate with kitchen staff, runners, and cleaning crew to ensure smooth operations *Support opening and closing procedures as needed *Assist management with any additional tasks as required

Qualifications and Requirements

*Prior experience in a service or hospitality role is an advantage *A friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills *Positive attitude and willingness to learn *Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting *Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues *Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays *Familiarity with food and beverage service is helpful, but not mandatory—training will be provided
