Retail Manager

Description

The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with standard operating procedures. This includes executing sales and marketing promotions, meeting monthly sales targets, and driving key retail initiatives. The role involves managing and training the retail team, ensuring the store’s merchandise display aligns with company standards, and overseeing inventory and after-sales services. The Retail Manager will also address customer feedback, manage exclusive retail brands, and ensure adherence to business ethics. Additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store to ensure smooth functioning. Collaborate closely with the retail team to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and service guidelines. Implement all sales and marketing promotional activities as directed by the company. Achieve monthly sales targets in alignment with account goals and implement key retail initiatives for assigned accounts. Identify opportunities to strengthen the company brand through retail activities and implement planned updates and new initiatives. Recruit, train, and manage retail staff to maintain high performance. Ensure the store's merchandise displays are in compliance with company standards. Manage and support retail-exclusive brands, from coordinating purchase orders to inventory management. Oversee effective after-sales service and address customer feedback, complaints, and email inquiries. Ensure adherence to business ethics and compliance on-site. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidate must have at least a Professional Certificate/Graduate Diploma in Retail or 3 years of relevant managerial experience. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin, with strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities to execute sales campaigns with attention to detail. Resourceful, self-driven, and possess strong leadership capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
