Responsibilities and Duties

* Culinary Support: Assist the Executive Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of service and food preparation. * Quality & Standards: Uphold the standards of food presentation, production, and portioning. Monitor dish preparation to ensure strict adherence to recipes and specifications. * Daily Operations: Perform day-to-day kitchen activities efficiently and ensure a high standard of food hygiene at all times. * Team Leadership: Guide, train, and supervise junior kitchen staff. * Inventory Management: Track inventory of food supplies and order supplies on a scheduled basis as determined by the menu and estimated number of diners.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required. * A Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent qualification is a must. * Possess a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming. * Ability to multitask effectively in a demanding environment. * A reliable and collaborative team worker. * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
