Kitchen Assistant

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our central kitchen team. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute to the smooth operation of a busy food preparation environment. You'll be an essential part of the team, supporting our culinary efforts from start to finish.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the main kitchen by assisting with food preparation and cooking tasks. * Organize, store, and distribute food ingredients effectively. * Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting them to specifications. * Cook, fry, steam, or boil food items as directed. * Maintain and care for kitchen equipment to ensure it's in good working order. * Clean and sanitize food preparation tools, the production area, and storage spaces. * Properly dispose of kitchen waste. * Strictly follow all hygiene and safety regulations. * Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the team lead.

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience in a kitchen is necessary. * Ability to work efficiently under time constraints. * Availability to work a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
