Responsibilities and Duties

* Learn and execute woodfire and charcoal cooking techniques under the guidance of senior chefs. * Prepare a variety of authentic Spanish dishes, including tapas and grilled specialties. * Handle premium quality ingredients with care and precision. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within your workstation. * Follow recipes and plating guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. * Collaborate effectively with other members of the kitchen team. * Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
