Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you are passionate about hospitality and have a strong background in F&B service, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations and performing opening and closing duties. *Carry out daily operational tasks, including taking orders, cashiering, reconciling daily sales, attending to reservation calls, and serving food and beverages. *Deliver excellent customer service consistently and handle customer feedback professionally. *Lead, coach, and train team members to achieve high standards in service, productivity, and operational efficiency. *Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the restaurant. *Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times. *Ensure adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and sanitation protocols. *Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry. *Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. *Willing to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. *Customer-focused, responsible, and possess a positive working attitude. *Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers).
