Responsibilities and Duties
・Collaborate with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and team to ensure daily operations are efficient. ・Skillfully prepare, arrange, and portion dishes following standard recipes and presentation guidelines. ・Become acquainted with the menu, recipes, and presentation standards.Regularly clean and maintain kitchen equipment in good working order. ・Contribute to monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate records of food wastage. ・Work closely with fellow team members to guarantee customer satisfaction. ・Fulfill any other duties as assigned based on operational needs. ・Monitor ingredient availability, equipment, inventory, and restaurant supplies. ・Store food items appropriately in designated refrigerators and containers, demonstrating care in handling. ・Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety within the kitchen.
Qualifications and Requirements
・Possess certificate in Culinary Skills / GCE 'O' level or equivalent. ・Prior work experience would be an advantage. ・Possess basic food and hygiene certificate is required. ・Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, preparation, and procedures. ・Team player, preferable with good communication and interpersonal skills. ・Positive service attitude, coachable, willingness to learn. ・Has igh standard of personal hygiene.
