We're looking for a dedicated culinary team member to contribute to our kitchen's success by preparing and cooking delicious meals for our valued customers. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook all customer orders according to established standards and procedures. * Complete all necessary preparation work, both at the start and end of each shift (mise en place). * Maintain a clean nd sanitary food preparation area. * Wash and properly store all utensils and dishes. * Organize and manage ingredient storage and distribution. * Ensure food quality and presentation adhere to company recipe standards. * Strictly follow portion control guidelines as directed by the chef. * Prepare guest orders promptly and efficiently. * Monitor equipment usage to prevent damage and ensure regular maintenance. * Perform various food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking. * Regularly dispose of trash and maintain a clean kitchen environment. * Clean all food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen areas. * Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the kitchen management.
