Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and manage the entire food preparation process, encompassing all related kitchen activities. * Strategically plan and order necessary equipment and ingredients, proactively addressing potential shortages. * Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and well-stocked. * Adhere strictly to all health codes and sanitation guidelines. * Closely monitor inventory levels of frequently used items, optimizing stock to minimize waste. * Coordinate necessary repairs for kitchen equipment, ensuring smooth operations. * Accurately maintain payroll and attendance records. * Take on any additional tasks assigned by the management team. * Cultivate a positive and respectful atmosphere among kitchen staff, promoting teamwork. * Supervise and guide the work of subordinate kitchen personnel. * Lead the recruitment, management, and training of all kitchen staff. * Estimate and manage staff workload and compensation.
