Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage customer flow and seating arrangement • Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages and clear tables • Respond promptly to customers’ enquiries with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu. • Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning dishes to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms. • Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.

Working Condition

Working hours

・5.5 days (Mon/Wed to Sat 9:30 am to 2:30pm and 4:30pm to 10:00 pm Sun - 12pm-10pm)

Other benefits

・There is bonus but no AWS
