Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to support our Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the seamless daily operations of our restaurant. Reporting directly to them, you will play a key role in ensuring efficiency, upholding our company's standards, and fostering a positive environment for both our team and our guests. Your focus will be on assisting in team leadership, promoting staff development through training, and guaranteeing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. * Be proficient in managing all service areas within the restaurant and their related functions. * Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting on equipment maintenance and servicing needs. * Demonstrate strong work ethics and serve as a positive example for all service staff. * Help ensure consistently high standards of customer service and quality. * Strive to provide exceptional customer satisfaction within the restaurant and maintain clear communication with guests at all times. * Manage and address customer feedback and complaints appropriately and promptly, adhering to company guidelines. * Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the training, development, and evaluation of service staff to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a restaurant environment. * Solid understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to manage various service sections effectively. * A proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment maintenance needs. * A strong work ethic and the ability to serve as a positive role model for team members. * A genuine commitment to ensuring high standards of customer service and service quality. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both customers and staff. * Proven ability to handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently. * Experience in assisting with the training and development of service staff. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * A collaborative spirit and the ability to support the management team effectively.
