Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties

•Delivering consistently high quality food and drink to customers •Providing excellent customer service - serving food and drinks, cashiering, taking orders, receiving feedback •Maintenance and cleanliness of dining areas, bar and service counters, immediate surrounding areas •Reporting to and advising management of service and bar related issues •Development and contributing to food & drink programs •Regular stock monitoring and reporting •Training and communicating to part time/ad hoc bar staff regarding standing operational procedures •Assist with and ensuring smooth operations

Working hours

・6 days 44hrs, [opening:] 9AM(report 830) to 2/3/4PM, [Mid shift:] 11AM/12PM to 4/5/6PM, [Closing shift:] 4/5/6PM to 10PM

Other benefits

・Staff meal, 10 days AL, MC up to $250/year, Bonus above AWS depending on performance
