Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar first opened its doors along Purvis Street on March 21, 2003. Named after the Italian General Giuseppe Garibaldi who was known for his bold spirit to unite Italy, our restaurant aims to bring Italy together in taste. Serving authentic Italian from every region, Garibaldi is a modern, elegant and dynamic restaurant that has become a landmark for the Italian fine dining scene in Singapore.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee and coordinate fine dining service operations during shifts * Uphold and demonstrate highest standards of Italian fine dining etiquette and service * Train junior staff in fine dining service techniques and wine knowledge * Handle sophisticated customer inquiries and special requests with grace * Assist in wine service and food-wine pairing recommendations * Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications and Requirements

* Excellent communication skills with a refined and professional demeanor * High energy and positive attitude, with a passion for hospitality * Strong team leadership skills * Ability to work in shifts, including weekends * Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and fine dining service protocols * Adaptability and quick problem-solving skills in a luxury dining environment

* 5.5 days work week
