Description

We are seeking a dedicated culinary team member to uphold exceptional food preparation and service standards within our kitchen environment. This role demands a commitment to quality and consistency, aligned with the established guidelines of our management team.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Replenish the assigned kitchen area with necessary raw materials and ingredients on a daily basis. * Develop a thorough understanding of all kitchen electrical and mechanical equipment, and operate them with strict adherence to safety protocols. * Become proficient in fundamental cooking techniques, including ingredient preparation and daily station mise-en-place. * Prepare menu items according to standard recipes, while carefully managing portion sizes and minimizing waste. * Implement and maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene practices, in line with established standards. * Clean and maintain all equipment within the food production area, ensuring a sanitary workspace. * Immediately report any potential hazards, unsafe conditions, or equipment requiring repair to the direct supervisor. * Adhere to all safety, health, security, and loss prevention policies, as well as relevant governmental regulations. * Become well-versed in emergency procedures, including fire and life safety protocols. * Participate in all scheduled briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management. * Maintain a consistently high standard of personal presentation and hygiene. * Complete any other reasonable tasks assigned by the management team.
