As a Cook or Chef de Partie, you will specialize in one of our key kitchen sections, preparing a variety of dishes with precision and care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare daily menu items from a la carte, buffet, and catering selections, ensuring consistency with established standards. * Prepare and maintain mise en place and live cooking station items according to standard operating procedures. * If stationed at a live cooking station, replenish buffet items promptly and attend to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. * Maintain a clean and hygienic working environment, ensuring all operating equipment is also clean.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A genuine passion for the culinary arts. * A service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Ability to work independently while adhering to tight timelines. * Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a kitchen environment. * Willingness to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. * Ability to work rotating shifts across the following times: * 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM * 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM * 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM (with a night allowance provided)
