Responsibilities and Duties
* Operational Management: Oversee the overall operation and management of the restaurant to ensure smooth daily flow. * Culinary Expertise: Understand the unique flavors and cooking techniques of Sichuan cuisine to oversee and maintain dish quality and authenticity. * Business Strategy: Develop and execute business plans to enhance restaurant performance, and prepare financial reports to assess performance. * Staff Management: Be responsible for staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team building. * Customer & Financials: Maintain good communication with customers to enhance satisfaction. Track daily sales, and manage budgets, including food and labor costs. * Compliance: Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a management role, with familiarity in restaurant operation procedures. * A passion for the catering industry and a keen interest in Sichuan cuisine. * Proven experience working in a Sichuan restaurant and a strong understanding of its culinary specifics. * Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle work pressure. * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
