Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take charge of the daily operations of our vibrant seafood and Indian-Muslim restaurant. Responsibilities and Duties

* Direct and manage the outlet's day-to-day activities, fostering seamless communication between the service and kitchen teams. * Organize staff schedules, track attendance, and assign tasks to optimize team performance. * Accurately record customer orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service. * Maintain a clean and well-organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. * Address customer feedback and resolve minor issues with professionalism and grace. * Monitor and maintain service quality, contributing to staff training and development. * Guarantee strict compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations. * Contribute to inventory management, supplier coordination, and order tracking. * Assist with cashier duties as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Completion of High School/Secondary School Certificate or equivalent. * A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in food and beverage operations or restaurant management. * Exceptional leadership, communication, and customer service skills. * Familiarity with the operational nuances of Indian-Muslim, Malay, Western, and seafood restaurants. * Ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
