Kitchen Assistant

Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team. You will play a key role in supporting our chefs with daily operations—ensuring smooth food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding hygiene standards.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and marinating ingredients *Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas *Wash dishes and ensure all kitchenware is properly stored *Help with receiving, unpacking, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients *Manage kitchen waste disposal and support recycling efforts *Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

*Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment *Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene *Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods *Able to follow instructions and work well in a team *Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—training will be provided
