Responsibilities and Duties

* Warmly welcome guests and manage table reservations efficiently. * Address customer feedback and inquiries with professionalism and care. * Create and manage staff duty schedules to ensure smooth operations. * Maintain the restaurant's appearance, cleanliness, and setup to high standards. * Attend relevant food and beverage meetings and briefings as needed. * Establish and maintain clear communication channels across all staff levels. * Provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Handle any additional tasks as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. * Availability to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays. * Open to Singaporean applicants. * Work locations are islandwide.
