Description

This role serves as a key leader in supporting field and partner marketers within the APJ region, identifying development opportunities and enabling team members to achieve their objectives. The Field Marketing Manager is the primary APJ contact for demand generation and acceleration, responsible for the effective planning and execution of marketing activities, programs, and campaigns, leveraging data-driven marketing, account-based marketing, inside marketing, digital marketing, events, and other relevant strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop marketing strategies and program plans by identifying appropriate solutions and industry program portfolios to address business needs, prioritizing a digital-first, integrated approach. * Guide teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and consistent with brand guidelines, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance. * Adapt marketing campaign plans and reallocate resources as needed to respond to changing market conditions or pipeline gaps. * Oversee lead management, ensuring proper access, management, and empowering teams to improve lead development, quality, and flow throughout the customer buying cycle. Analyze reports to understand marketing program impact on pipeline health and take necessary actions to align with business stakeholders and proactively manage escalations. * Plan marketing activities with a six-month to one-year horizon, making quarterly adjustments as needed. * Translate business strategy and objectives into effective marketing tactics to achieve marketing and sales targets. * Develop and implement a tactical "Digital First" approach encompassing web, social media, paid search, and paid media. * Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, consistency, and compliance in all demand generation and nurturing activities. * Collaborate with various teams to balance marketing activities across all pipeline stages, including acceleration and closing activities. * Represent marketing to regional sales executives, actively seeking opportunities to participate in business planning. * Communicate the overall marketing plan to sales stakeholders, marketing colleagues, and partners. * Drive the rollout of marketing tactics and assets that meet business needs. * Proactively communicate with sales teams to understand marketing effectiveness, including digital strategies and performance, and identify areas for improvement. * Anticipate and resolve potential stakeholder conflicts. * Provide feedback to other marketers to enhance overall marketing performance. * Manage a diverse mix of events (trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, workshops) to build brand awareness, generate new leads, and accelerate existing opportunities. * Oversee regional marketing events and virtual event strategies and their successful execution. * Maximize lead generation through marketing automation, optimize conversion rates, and generate sales demand aligned with the customer journey. * Implement campaigns programmatically to drive efficiencies across markets. * Integrate global marketing programs into regional activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree; MBA/Master's degree or equivalent preferred. * 8+ years of professional marketing experience, with substantial experience in marketing execution. * Experience working with or within sales teams. * Experience in B2B marketing. * Expertise in marketing strategy development and planning. * Experience in the IT industry. * Advanced technical or business skills and specialized knowledge in one or more relevant areas. * Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. * Experience working in a multinational company. * 7-10 years of marketing experience, with 5-7 years in marketing execution with increasing responsibility. * Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time. * Experience guiding and mentoring peers and junior colleagues. * Extensive experience in B2B marketing within the IT sector. * Proven experience delivering marketing demand generation and executing marketing activities, programs, and campaigns.
