Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (advanced education or experience preferred). - Minimum 8 years of managerial experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries. - Strong knowledge of business management, financial oversight, and leadership principles. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. - Strong time and project management skills with the ability to analyze data and identify solutions. - Commitment to exceptional customer service and team support. - Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
