This role plays a vital part in ensuring a positive guest experience. The Guest Service Officer - Reservations will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of hotel reservations and providing excellent customer service to all guests.

* Provide exceptional customer service to guests through professional and friendly interactions. * Assist with the efficient and smooth running of hotel reservation processes. * Contribute to a positive and welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum G.C.E. "O" level. Candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a related field will be preferred. * Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience in hotel operations. * Excellent customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
