Responsible for upholding top-tier cleanliness standards across housekeeping, laundry, and linen services, while also performing runner duties. This role involves maintaining guest rooms and public areas, supervising laundry operations, managing inventory, and supporting daily housekeeping tasks to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities and Duties

* Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. * Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. * Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire work shift. * Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly and in a timely manner. * Keep a record of all broken or damaged items. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas and supply rooms. * Understand how to prepare beds for sofa beds, extra beds, and baby cots/cribs. * Familiarity with baby items (e.g., baby cots, bottle sterilizers, blankets, amenities, soft toys) and special guest requests (e.g., types of pillows, humidifiers/dehumidifiers). * Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

* 1 year of relevant experience in managing hotel housekeeping and laundry operations. * Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends. * Passionate about the hospitality industry. * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. * Excellent teamwork abilities. * Available to start on short notice.
