Responsibilities and Duties

- Learn and perform duties across Plating, Cold Kitchen, and Grill stations - Prepare dishes using varied techniques such as deep frying, grilling, sautéing, steaming, and cold preparation - Plate and present dishes with precision and consistency - Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming standards at all times - Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations - Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience - Strong understanding of F&B service standards and restaurant operations - Proficient with POS systems and basic computer applications - Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining quality standards in service and presentation - Strong decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure environments - Focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery
