Description
This role focuses on providing customer service for travel-related inquiries and sales, handling administrative tasks such as invoicing and documentation, assisting with travel insurance and visa applications, and ensuring a well-maintained office environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Interact with walk-in clients, addressing their travel inquiries and promoting suitable travel packages. * Utilize the company's internal systems to generate invoices and receipts for transactions. * Guide customers through the process of purchasing and claiming travel insurance online. * Provide assistance with visa application procedures. * Contact customers via phone to promote travel packages and special offers. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office workspace. * Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Singaporean citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred. * Training will be provided to the selected candidate. * One or more years of relevant experience is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with management. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including translating documents and serving Mandarin-speaking clientele. * Availability to commence work immediately or with short notice. * Availability to work half-days on Saturdays.
