Description

The Administrative Assistant will perform daily administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing email correspondence, preparing documents, and organizing files to support smooth office operations. Responsibilities include entering data into databases and spreadsheets, updating existing information, maintaining HR and Accounts systems, and ensuring data accuracy. The role may involve scanning documents, creating digital files, and assisting in the preparation of regular reports. The assistant will also manage data for easy retrieval and perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence Prepare documents and organize files to support office operations Input data into databases and spreadsheets Update existing data in databases Maintain HR and Accounts systems Organize and manage data for easy retrieval Verify the accuracy of entered data Scan documents and create digital files Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines Strong organizational skills Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities Able to start work immediately Open to Singaporean, SPR, and internship candidates Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
